There is a systematic engagement process planned at the Incubate level. This has been inspired from and benchmarked with Global Incubators, specifically the Mars Discovery District in Canada.

The engagement starts with client application and goes in three stages:

1. Developing the startup, while engaging it to several stake holders through the LEAF Entrepreneurship Promotion programs
2. Evolving the startup, while engaging it to specialized institutions and ensuring its revenue sufficiency and engaging it to several networking activities and preparing it for the next stage
3. Accelerating the startup and engaging with it at Macro level to facilitate its exit from the incubator.

The entire engagements with startups are to be a multipronged approach adopting events workshops and online resources available to the startups at different stages of their operation. Following is pictograph gives a summary of the approach to be adopted by the Incubator:
